Most common questions

My SMS sign-in code didn't arrive.

Wait 30 seconds and try again — sometimes SMS is delayed. If still nothing: make sure you typed the right number, check signal, try a different network (switch off WiFi or vice versa). Still stuck? Email contact@pastaphony.com.

My loyalty points aren't showing up.

Points appear after you give your phone number at the counter and the cashier rings you up. If you ordered today and don't see points by tomorrow, contact the location directly (numbers below) — each Pastaphony runs its own loyalty program in Square.

I redeemed a reward but the cashier can't find it.

Show them the 6-character code from the app. The cashier opens your loyalty account in Square and finds the pending reward there. If they still can't find it, the reward is safe in their system — call us and we'll help reconcile.

Can I order delivery online?

Every open Pastaphony takes pickup orders online through its own Square Online site — tap your location on our order page to open it. Every open Pastaphony also offers delivery at Square checkout.

Where are you opening next?

Huntington Beach is next: 16377 Bolsa Chica St, Huntington Beach, CA 92649, opening November 2026. Online ordering there opens with the store. All seven current locations are open; Long Beach opened July 1.

You can delete your Pastaphony account and its data at any time from the app: Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate. If you no longer have the app, email contact@pastaphony.com instead. See exactly what gets deleted and what each location keeps.
